Policies

It is important to have policies in any business, below are some of ours:

- Before placing an order, a 30 minute consult is important to answer any questions .

- Payment is due upon ordering. Paypal is the method of payment accepted by Dr.Mommy Writes.

- You will have 3 days after completion of project, to request an edit.

- Articles and article packs are non-refundable.

- Clients are expected to send article keywords, topics and article titles to Dr.Mommy Writes via email following order and payment.

- Dr. Mommy Writes will respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours of receipt unless if noted on website that we are on vacation or out of the office for a certain time period.

- Turn around for most projects is 7 to 10 days. If project will take longer, Dr.Mommy Writes will contact the client and the client will then make a decision regarding their order.

- Retainer packages are available.  The client agree to pay at least 3 months of retainer.  The retainer agreement allows the client to be billed monthly on the 1st or 15th of the month

- Rush orders are subject to a 30% extra fee per article or package
